MEDICATION SUPPORT

Prompting (or reminding) clients to take their medication where appropriate and safe to do so, support with practical things like collecting and ordering prescribed medication, and support opening drugs. Our support includes liaising with GP surgeries and pharmacists to ensure the correct medication is provided to your loved ones. We can also support the complete administration of medicine where the need for this has been identified during the initial formulation of care.
