Our caregivers are passionate about what they do and driven to improve the quality of lives of our clients to make a difference in people’s lives.

To provide the best quality care to our clients, we have a stringent recruitment process, including an enhanced DBS check and the requirement of both competence and character-based references. We also provide an ongoing training and development programme to our caregivers.

The emphasis is on the need for our caregivers to build a positive therapeutic relationship that starts with a friendly introduction.
